What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and whatever details you choose to give us about the work. We collect this because we cannot quote a job without it.

Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

Your enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare a quote and carry out work if you go ahead. We may contact you by phone or email about that enquiry.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising leads to enquiries. These services set cookies in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site or contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to quote, deliver and warrant the work, and to meet our tax and legal obligations. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

Enquiries submitted through this site are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
