Frequently asked questions
We transform concrete you already have. We do not pour new concrete. Everything else is below.
No. We specialise in resurfacing and finishing concrete surfaces that already exist. If you need a new slab poured, you need a concreter rather than us, and we are happy to tell you that early rather than waste your time.
Decorative overlays, micro-toppings and spray-on coatings, in a wide range of colours and patterns including herringbone, Sydney tile and stencil finishes.
Yes. Cracks, spalling and surface damage are repaired and reinforced as part of the process. Because ground movement is unpredictable, our warranty on crack repairs specifically is limited, and we tell you that at quote rather than afterwards.
Polished concrete mechanically grinds and refines the slab itself into the finished floor. Epoxy applies a resin coating on top of the slab. Polishing suits living areas, epoxy suits garages, sheds and anywhere that sees oil or chemicals.
It depends on size and condition, but most residential jobs run from a couple of days to about a week. On a resurfaced driveway we ask that you keep vehicles off for up to four days afterwards so it cures fully.
Very little. Regular cleaning with mild detergent and water is usually enough. On outdoor resurfaced areas we recommend a wash and reseal roughly every two years to keep the colour and protection up.
Yes, and we think it is the best part. There is a wide range of colours, patterns and textures, and we bring physical sample boards to your site visit so you can see them properly before deciding.
Damien. He quotes your job and he does your job, start to finish. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor, so the person who looked at your concrete and told you what it needed is the person laying it. If something is not right you are talking to the man who did it, not chasing a middleman.
Over 16 years working with concrete surfaces across Sydney. That experience is the reason we grind rather than pressure wash, and the reason we will tell you when resurfacing is the wrong answer for your slab.
We use environmentally friendly products and sustainable practices where we can. Working with your existing slab instead of replacing it already avoids the demolition waste and truck movements that a new pour creates.
We are based in south west Sydney, around Leppington, and work right across the Sydney metropolitan area, from the south west and inner west out to the eastern suburbs, the Hills and the Blue Mountains.
